Responsibilities

Manage cross-functional marketing campaigns that support sales in the annuities channel

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones to monitor and track progress

Translate strategy into actionable plans, ensuring projects are executed in alignment with business objectives

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal marketing partners and external/third-party stakeholders

Oversee multiple concurrent campaigns and projects in a fast-paced environment

Partner with Compliance to understand advertising guidelines and ensure all materials follow regulatory requirements

Analyze past campaign and project performance to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement

Follow and help refine established processes and workflows for end-to-end campaign strategy and execution

Required

Financial services experience required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience

Marketing project management experience, ideally managing integrated or cross-functional campaigns

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Annuities experience preferred

Understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels and platforms

Experience in financial services, particularly insurance, annuities, or related products

Hands-on experience with Workfront or a similar project management platform
