Director of Sales and Operations
Spectra360 is a high-growth staffing firm, expanding into the East Coast and hiring a Director of Sales & Operations to launch, scale, and lead multiple staffing markets across several states. This hands-on leadership role involves managing sales, recruiting, and operations while focusing on revenue growth and team development.
Responsibilities
Lead and scale multiple East Coast staffing markets
Oversee sales, recruiting, operations, and compliance
Hire, coach, and develop branch leaders and sales teams
Drive new business and expand existing client relationships
Manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L performance
Implement KPIs, standardized processes, and best practices
Ensure compliance with employment and transportation regulations
Partner with offshore recruiting and sales support teams
Travel as needed to support growth and client engagement
Qualification
Required
5–8+ years of staffing industry leadership experience
Multi-unit / multi-branch management
Background in transportation, CDL, light industrial, or commercial staffing
Proven ability to scale teams and grow revenue
Strong financial and operational leadership skills
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
MBA a plus
