Analyzing technologies used in instructional design
Collaborating with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to identify training needs, improve solutions, and lead change initiatives
Maintaining alignment with the Commercial strategic training plan
Managing budgets for training resources, POA, and Sales Meetings

Minimum experience may vary by education level (e.g., High School +12 years, Associate's +10, Bachelor's +8, Master's +6)
Preferred
MS degree plus 6 years in a related field
5+ years of commercial pharmaceutical/biotech experience
3 years of successful field sales experience
at least 1 year of commercial training experience
HIV experience
launch experience
