Responsibilities
The accurate and timely shipping and receiving of production materials (e.g., finished goods, raw materials, operating supplies, and non-stocks)
Accurately inputting and maintaining correct virtual inventory in SAP
Initiating and assisting with cost saving initiatives related to the shipment of millwork and cabinetry products
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or its equivalent
Forklift license (must possess within 30 days of hire)
Basic knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP software
The ability and willingness to demonstrate eagerness, enthusiasm, optimism, and passion when working
The ability and willingness to adjust one's style or approach in response to differing circumstances or to work in ambiguous situations
The ability to work effectively without close supervision or guidance
The ability to self-direct work activities and take action on tasks without direction from a supervisor

The ability to attend to and verify the accuracy and completeness of detailed information in documents or on the computer, such as prices, quantity, weights, lists or data
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred
2 years warehouse/production shop experience
Knowledge of methods for assembly (e.g., building cabinets), packaging, and shipping
Knowledge of workflow management
Knowledge of production operations
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel
