Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of multiple concurrent security projects, ensuring alignment with organizational standards and timely delivery
Coordinate communication among diverse stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to facilitate project progress and resolve issues efficiently
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations, and update them regularly to reflect project status
Assess and manage project risks, implementing mitigation strategies to safeguard project timelines and quality
Prepare progress reports and status updates for senior management, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and solutions
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 8 years of project management experience, with at least 4 years dedicated to cybersecurity or information security projects
Strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) lifecycle processes, with working knowledge of SailPoint
Proficiency in reporting, dashboard development, and experience with tools such as Power BI, SQL, MS Project, Excel, Visio, and Jira
Solid understanding of cyber security, IT risk, and compliance frameworks, along with familiarity with Agile methodologies
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferred
PMP certification
Certified Scrum Master designation
