Becker Wright Consultants is partnering with a global organization recognized for its innovative solutions to find an experienced Regional Channel Manager for the Western Region. This role involves leading a team to drive sales growth, enhance market share, and develop regional strategies while fostering dealer relationships.
Responsibilities
Lead, guide, and support Business Managers in all areas of sales operations, including dealer development, customer engagement, and territory performance
Develop and implement regional strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence
Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product positioning and promotional strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align regional efforts with broader company goals
Monitor performance metrics and provide coaching to ensure continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with company policies and safeguard regional assets
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in channel management, preferably in a leadership capacity across a multi-state or regional footprint
Demonstrated success in building and scaling sales organizations or dealer networks
Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities
Able to work independently while collaborating closely with senior leadership
Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the region
Preferred
Industry experience in automotive manufacturing and/or agriculture manufacturing strongly preferred
