Boll & Branch is seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Senior Logistics Associate to join our Operations Team. In this role, you will drive the execution of logistics activities to ensure timely, accurate delivery across all channels, managing inbound and outbound shipments and serving as a key liaison with transportation partners.

Responsibilities

Coordination of inbound logistics (international and domestic) to warehouses, ensuring timely receipt and accurate processing of all shipments

Oversee tracking of outbound orders across small parcel, freight, and in-home delivery, proactively identifying and resolving delays

Troubleshoot shipment exceptions with transportation partners and internal teams, implementing solutions to minimize disruption

Monitor daily inbound/outbound SLAs, taking corrective action to maintain high service performance and adherence to SLAs

Facilitate shipments between retail locations and 3PL partners, keeping cross-functional teams informed and aligned

Communicate order and shipment updates to managers and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability

Maintain ERP and TMS data integrity, enabling accurate reporting and informed decision-making

Support monitoring of logistics costs to stay within budget and assist in identifying opportunities to improve efficiency

Generate and analyze reports on key metrics, driving insights to improve operational performance

Execute assigned tasks and projects with ownership, delivering results on time and to specification
