Responsibilities

Support Project Managers in coordinating and overseeing project activities across various IT and OT projects
Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and documentation
Track and report project progress, identifying risks or delays and recommending solutions
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including meeting notes, action items, and status reports
Help facilitate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders
Participate in project meetings and contribute to the planning and execution of project deliverables
Assist with resource allocation and scheduling
Ensure adherence to project methodologies, standards, and compliance requirements
Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency within the project management organization

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in project coordination or a related role
Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Understanding of systems deployment methodologies and tools
Knowledge of utility operations and electric/gas grid infrastructure
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or equivalent)
Excellent leadership and team management abilities
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Preferred

A master's degree and/or PMP/CAPM certification is a plus
