Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of HEOR strategy and research plans aligned with asset and governance milestones
Coordinate cross functional teams to ensure alignment on objectives timelines and research deliverables
Oversee HEOR projects across multiple research pillars ensuring quality compliance and timely delivery
Manage project budgets timelines and resources to ensure on time and within scope execution
Communicate HEOR study results and strategic insights to internal leadership and key stakeholders
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies while maintaining minimal supervision
Design and conduct real world evidence studies including registry based and external control analyses
Support the development and communication of economic models including cost effectiveness and budget impact models
Qualification
Required
Masters degree or Fellowship in Health Economics or related field
Minimum three years of HEOR experience within pharmaceutical biotechnology CRO academia or health consulting environments
Demonstrated experience leading HEOR projects from concept through execution and dissemination
Strong analytical expertise in real world evidence and health economic modeling
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience presenting to cross functional audiences
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively across functions
Preferred
Doctorate degree in Health Economics or related discipline
Experience supporting ophthalmology or eye care therapeutic areas
Experience supporting US and international product launch strategies
Demonstrated expertise in multiple HEOR disciplines including epidemiology biostatistics or health services research
