Part Coordinator
Serac is a company in the manufacturing and industrial equipment sector, seeking a Level 2 Spare Parts Coordinator to support aftermarket and service operations. The role involves processing customer orders, identifying mechanical parts, and ensuring accurate, on-time delivery while collaborating within a team-based environment.
Responsibilities
Process customer quotes and spare parts orders, including accurate ERP order entry and acknowledgments
Identify mechanical parts using drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation
Escalate complex or non-standard sourcing requests and execute based on guidance
Track and follow up on quotes, backorders, and routine shipments to ensure on-time delivery
Maintain accurate customer, order, and part records within ERP and internal systems
Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide order status and resolve routine issues
Monitor KPIs related to order accuracy, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction
Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Experience working with mechanical spare parts in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Ability to interpret basic to intermediate mechanical drawings and documentation
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel/Outlook
Professional communication and customer service skills
Ability to work onsite and collaborate within a team-based environment
Willingness to learn and grow technical knowledge
Preferred
Aftermarket, service parts, or technical customer support experience
Exposure to KPIs, order accuracy metrics, or supply chain workflows
Manufacturing, packaging machinery, automation, or industrial equipment background
