Business Development Headhunter
Hovland Barnes is an Executive Search firm expanding internationally and launching operations in the U.S. They are seeking a Business Development Headhunter to join their founding team in Miami, responsible for prospecting new client accounts and leading the sales cycle.
Responsibilities
Prospect and win new client accounts in the U.S. market
Build and execute commercial plans by industry/vertical
Lead the full sales cycle: outreach, discovery, proposals, follow-up, and closing
Work closely with our consultants to ensure exceptional delivery and client experience
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, International Relations or related)
4+ years in B2B business development/sales (preferably professional services)
Strong understanding of the U.S. business landscape
Fluent English
Results-driven, confident communicator, strong negotiator, and comfortable selling to executives
Preferred
Background in B2B professional services (headhunting, staffing, consulting, HR services, SaaS, corporate solutions)
Network in Miami/Florida
Spanish language skills
