Mid LevelR-2 Contractors, Inc. is seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager / Estimator to join their growing team. This role involves interpreting project documents, developing accurate estimates, and maintaining strong communication with clients to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities
Interpret and understand project documents, including scope of work, terminology, and specifications
Review and analyze project drawings and specifications to develop accurate estimates
Estimate material, labor, productivity, and equipment requirements for projects
Develop preliminary construction schedules
Foster and maintain strong communication and relationships with clients
Coordinate new project planning across internal departments
Qualification
Required
Experience in commercial and residential excavation
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong team player, flexible, and willing to take on multiple duties as needed
Detail-oriented, organized, and self-driven
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and meet company requirements
Ability to work long hours and in varying conditions
Preferred
Familiarity with HCSS HeavyBid software is a plus
Willingness to be trained in HCSS HeavyJob software
