Participants begin with a full-time immersion in customer support, establishing a robust foundation of product knowledge and customer insight
After the initial immersion, participants transition to spending 70% of their time in support while dedicating 30% to cross-functional rotations
These rotations aren't passive learning experiences; they're opportunities to infuse customer insights directly into business operations, creating a virtuous cycle where frontline knowledge enhances strategic initiatives
