Responsibilities

Support annual portfolio updates for commercial markets
Update and maintain benefit booklets and related materials (approximately 300 pages)
Execute system updates to cost shares
Update contract language, tables, and documentation within enterprise systems
Perform regression testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Review documents for accuracy, formatting, and regulatory compliance
Ensure alignment with Florida and federal health insurance legislation
Support development and maintenance of contract language and materials, including benefit booklets, schedules of benefits, endorsements, and custom/non-standard benefits
Translate business requirements and legislative mandates into compliant member-facing contract language
Review business requirements to determine material impacts, timelines, and risks
Update materials to support product lifecycle changes, new programs, services, and benefits
Create and deliver finalized forms, mockups, and redlines to contract fulfillment systems
Support auditing, system testing, and quality reviews of contract materials
Track progress to ensure deadlines, quality standards, and project objectives are met
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Legal, Pharmacy Programs, Sales, and other stakeholders
Maintain contract databases, libraries, and data integrity
Coordinate updates to enrollment forms and administrative guides
Identify discrepancies and partner with stakeholders to resolve issues
Support member and group mailings, form mapping, and address validation
Respond to internal requests from Legal, Sales, Grievance & Appeals, and other teams
Support regulatory exams, audits, and investigations with timely document retrieval
Maintain working knowledge of Individual <65 and Group products and applicable regulations
Provide guidance on contract-related questions and issues
Support training efforts related to contracts and products
Provide consultative input for sales partners and external administrators
Support SOP development and process improvement initiatives
Prepare contract materials for regulatory filings
Coordinate with Legal and Actuarial teams to ensure timely and accurate submissions
Support issue resolution to secure filing approvals

Required

3–5 years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Healthcare/health insurance industry experience
Understanding of state and federal health insurance legislation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management abilities
Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage shifting priorities
High level of professionalism and confidentiality
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and internet-based tools
Experience supporting projects and cross-functional initiatives
High school diploma or GED
2+ years supporting Individual <65 and Group health insurance products
Project management experience
Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
Strong problem-solving and issue-resolution skills
Strong attention to detail in written communication (grammar, spelling, proofreading)

Preferred

Familiarity with Inspire platform
Knowledge of medical terminology, benefit coding, and clinical procedures
Experience with custom options and non-standard benefits for large groups
Working knowledge of contract automation systems
Experience with sales or CRM systems
