Director of National Training – Club Fitting & Sales

Tee Box is redefining how golfers improve their game by integrating advanced technology into the club fitting process. The Director of National Training – Club Fitting & Sales will establish national fitting standards, develop training programs for Box Pros, and drive revenue growth through innovative fitting and sales strategies.

Responsibilities

Define, document, and enforce the national standard for what a Tee Box club fitting experience looks and feels like
Develop and lead comprehensive training programs for Box Pros across all Tee Box locations (in-person, virtual, and hybrid)
Certify Box Pros on Tee Box fitting methodologies, tools, and sales expectations
Serve as the internal subject matter expert on all club fitting–related initiatives
Build a repeatable, athlete-first fitting experience that feels premium, personalized, and performance-driven
Ensure consistency in how Box Pros communicate recommendations, value, and outcomes
Continuously refine the athlete journey to drive confidence, trust, and long-term relationships
Expand Tee Box’s fitting capabilities with strategic emphasis on all aspects of a fitting, along with emerging equipment and upcoming technologies
Identify and implement new club-sales levers that increase athlete impact and revenue
Stay ahead of industry trends, OEM innovations, and fitting best practices
Partner with leadership to evaluate and develop revenue opportunities outside of the box, including e-commerce and remote sales models
Equip Box Pros with the tools, language, and confidence to close at a high level without compromising the athlete experience
Use data and insights to inform training focus, product strategy, and continuous improvement

Required

Deep, hands-on expertise in club fitting
Proven experience training, mentoring, and leading fitters or sales professionals
Strong understanding of the intersection between performance, technology, and sales
Clear, confident communicator able to simplify complex technical concepts
Willingness to travel nationally to support Tee Box locations
Passion for athlete development and raising the standard of the golf industry
