Responsibilities
Perform structural analysis and design for telecommunications towers, tank foundations, and steel structures
Develop and review base and anchorage calculations to ensure design integrity and safety compliance
Prepare and check detailed design drawings, construction documentation, and technical reports
Conduct RISA modeling and analysis to optimize structural performance and material use
Collaborate with engineering, drafting, and project management teams to ensure designs meet project objectives and regulatory standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural design or related engineering roles
Proficiency in RISA or equivalent structural analysis software
Strong understanding of steel design principles, load calculations, and industry codes
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver accurate results within schedule constraints
Preferred
Master's degree preferred
Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred
Experience designing telecommunications or industrial facilities preferred
