Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple data and BI projects, including capital initiatives (3–4 major projects/year)
Mature the use of Microsoft DevOps for time tracking and workload management
Integrate DevOps into WRIKE, aligning with our Microsoft ecosystem
Support internal transformation efforts and methodology development
Collaborate with BAs to turn business requirements into technical deliverables
Interact with stakeholders across IT and business units
Contribute to the shift toward Agile project management practice
Qualification
Required
Proven experience leading and managing multiple data and BI projects
Strong understanding of Power BI
Strong understanding of Microsoft Cloud Services
Strong understanding of Azure
Strong understanding of Wrike
Experience working with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders
Ability to assess current project management maturity and recommend improvements
Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
Preferred
Background in distribution, retail CPG or logistics
Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and planning
