Responsibilities
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on Citation, Gulfstream and Challenger aircraft
Ensure compliance with FAA regulations, manufacturer guidelines, and company policies
Document all maintenance actions in accordance with FAA and company procedures
Conduct operational and functional tests on aircraft systems to verify proper performance
Collaborate with other technicians and departments to ensure efficient workflow
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety regulations
Travel may be required for maintenance support at various locations
Qualification
Required
Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certificate (Required)
Minimum 2+ years of experience working in a Part 145 repair station (Highly Preferred)
Strong understanding of Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs) related to aircraft maintenance
Ability to read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals and schematics
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and on-call as needed
Must have reliable transportation to and from the job site
Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
Proficiency in the Windows operating environment
Physical capability to work in tight spaces, at heights, on-wings, use ladders, operate tugs, operate lifts, and lift weights up to 75lbs
Travel may be required
