Branch Administrator

The Branch Administrator is responsible for providing support to multiple teams, managing branch operating expenses, and ensuring the accuracy of payroll processing.

Responsibilities
New hire paperwork and processing of employees
Processing of payroll, PTO, and payroll deductions
Strong knowledge of Certified Payroll and Prevailing Wage
Process expense reimbursements
Coding and reconciliation for the branch of the company credit cards
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Qualification
Required
3-5 years' related experience in Construction environment, preferable commercial Construction
Experience in processing payroll, PTO and Payroll deductions
Knowledge of Certified payroll and Prevailing wage
Experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Proficiency in MS office package, including MS Project
Highly motivated with strong organizational, analytical, problem solving
