Start in 2026 SummerASM Global is a leading venue management and event hospitality company, and they are seeking energetic undergraduate interns for various departments. Interns will support departmental tasks and learn about the daily operations within Sports and Entertainment.

Responsibilities
Complete Department project as assigned by department head
Assist with ongoing daily administrative tasks
Support department for event preparation
Help prepare Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents
Track progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects
Shadow multiple office positions and train in a variety of tasks
Qualification
Required
Must be eligible for school credit and enrolled as a FT undergraduate student
Must be able to commit to a minimum work schedule of 18 hours per week (20-30 hours preferred)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google, and Adobe Creative Suite
Detail-oriented and exceptional attention to detail
Eager to learn and be proactive with new tasks
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Ability to multi-task and to be able to work with the public required
Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs
Must be able to work indoors and outside
Must be high-energy team player
Must be organized, flexible, and able to accept direction and constructive criticism
Preferred
Competency with hand tools is preferred
