Responsibilities

Maintain tax records and oversee preparation of sales tax, VAT/GST returns, and related reports

Prepare local, state, and federal tax filings

Partner with the finance team to reconcile tax accounts

Support international tax functions for ASEA’s global subsidiaries

Assist with tax planning and audit defense as needed

Oversee worldwide transfer pricing documentation

Collaborate with external tax advisors and internal teams

Occasional international travel to Asia for regional tax planning
