Monitoring Analyst - Hybrid Option
The California Department of Aging is responsible for administering programs that cater to older adults and individuals with disabilities. The Monitoring Analyst will oversee the Area Agencies on Aging, providing technical assistance, monitoring, and collaboration to ensure effective service delivery.
Responsibilities
Perform a variety of functions intended to carry out the mission of the California Department of Aging (CDA) and provide oversight to California’s Area Agencies on Aging (AAA)
Work in a team environment and in collaboration/coordination with representatives from other CDA teams and support staff
Share leadership for various team responsibilities including technical assistance, monitoring, information dissemination and training, and collaboration and coordination on issue identification and resolution
Be a full participant in team decision-making, strategy formulation, and problem resolution
