This role involves hands-on management of Windows Server systems, VMware virtualization, and Microsoft 365 services, ensuring system performance and compliance with security policies.

Responsibilities
Administer and support Windows Server environments (2016/2019/2022) including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies
Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD, and Intune
Support and manage VMware infrastructure: ESXi hosts and vCenter
Monitor system performance, health, and availability across on-premises and cloud environments
Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups in compliance with security policies
Use PowerShell scripting to automate administrative tasks
Collaborate with internal teams on infrastructure enhancements and projects
Maintain clear documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures
Qualification
Required
5-8 years of experience in Windows Server and Microsoft 365 administration
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Azure AD
Proficient in VMware technologies (vSphere, vCenter, ESXi)
Experience with Active Directory, Group Policies, and related services
Familiarity with security best practices across on-prem and cloud environments
Proficiency in PowerShell and administrative scripting
Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Preferred
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Security tools (Compliance Center, Threat Management, Secure Score)
Experience with FileMaker Pro upgrades and scripting
Experience with M365 security features and FileMaker Pro upgrades will be given preference
Relevant Certifications Such As Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
Microsoft Certified: Security Administrator Associate
VMware Certified Professional (VCP) or equivalent
