Responsibilities
Lead the global IT applications strategy and align a 5-year technology roadmap with business objectives
Provide leadership for SAP and S/4HANA architecture, integrations, and implementations
Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, and integrated business leaders to drive adoption and value realization
Oversee application development, enhancements, data migration, and system configuration
Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and optimize resource allocation and utilization
Serve as escalation point for critical incidents and lead post-incident reviews
Develop and manage the budget for applications development, ensuring optimal resource utilization and cost-effectiveness
Monitor project costs and take corrective actions as needed to stay within budgetary constraints
Manage relationships with vendors, and system integrators
Build, develop, and manage global onshore and offshore IT teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
10+ years of SAP implementation experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
Hands-on SAP configuration experience in Finance, Logistics, or Supply Chain
Experience with at least 4 end-to-end SAP implementations
Experience working on Planning solutions integrating with SAP S4 HANA
Proven experience managing global and offshore IT teams
Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA and enterprise application ecosystems
Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills
Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills
Analytical thinker with the ability to translate complex business needs into feasible technical solutions
Understands and analyzes new and emerging technologies around automation, Gen AI and in general
