Responsibilities

Own the partner enablement lifecycle, including onboarding, ongoing education, and performance readiness

Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic and scaled partners to drive adoption and long-term success

Develop and maintain enablement materials such as playbooks, training decks, documentation, and certifications

Partner closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams to align messaging and enablement efforts

Measure partner health and effectiveness, identify gaps, and continuously improve enablement programs

Required

10+ years of experience in partnerships, enablement, or related roles within a SaaS environment

Proven experience building and scaling partner enablement programs from the ground up

Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence without direct authority

Proven ability to network effectively and develop trusted relationships with large, multinational consulting partners

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of creating clear, effective training content

A data-informed, operational mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution

Strong technical curiosity and fluency, with the ability to understand SaaS products, integrations, and workflows well enough to enable partners effectively and translate technical concepts into clear, practical guidance

A strong ownership mindset, with a bias toward action and accountability, taking initiative to identify gaps, solve problems, and drive partner success end-to-end
