TIG Welder - Weekend Shift
Enjet Aero machines and fabricates complex jet engine parts for leading OEMs in various aviation sectors. The TIG welder is responsible for producing aerospace parts via TIG welding processes and must demonstrate their welding ability during the interview process.

Responsibilities
Weld using TIG equipment
Deburr parts using hand held tools
Cleaning and washing parts to remove manufacturing oils, dirt and debris
Ensure continuous production of parts that meet customer expectations
Inspect completed parts using micrometers, indicators, calipers, comparators, etc
Maintain quality standards through understanding of the Quality Management System
Monitor and document operational and performance issues and provide feedback to supervisor
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with peers, supervisor and other staff
Other duties as directed by supervisor
Qualification
Required
5 years' experience aerospace welding metals including Inconel, Stainless Steel and Titanium
High school diploma or GED required
Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to deal with complexity
Capable of working in a customer-focused, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a positive attitude
