In this role, you will ensure compliance with U.S. withholding tax regulations and work collaboratively across teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Validate daily deposits to the IRS and ensure accuracy and timeliness
Approve daily compilation of withholding liabilities and remittances
Monitor monthly and yearly balancing of withholding liabilities
Compile preliminary liability totals for annual tax returns (Forms 945 and 1042)
Ensure resolution of discrepancies and compliance with IRS and state guidelines

Accounting basicsExcel proficiencyAttention to detailCommunication skillsCollaborative work

Required

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
Good understanding of accounting basics
Proficiency in Excel and ability to work with spreadsheets and databases
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively and support continuous improvement projects

Preferred

Two years of higher education and experience in Transfer Agent operations
