Responsibilities

Direct and manage outsourced bookkeeping (GL entries, bank reconciliations, financial statement prep)
Oversee AR/AP teams for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
Coordinate month-end close processes
Lead royalty reporting and WIP management
Ensure timely, accurate weekly KPI reporting
Support budgeting, forecasting, and advanced financial analysis
Guide GAAP audit process with outside auditors
Standardize workflows across branches
Provide financial literacy training for managers

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CPA preferred)
7-10+ years of financial leadership in service, construction, restoration, or franchise environments
Expertise in job costing, WIP, cash flow management, and operational finance
Experience managing external accounting partners and internal teams
Proficiency with accounting platforms (QuickBooks Online, Sage) and advanced Excel skills
Ability to translate financial data into actionable operational insights
Highly organized, process-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
