Responsibilities
Manage and grow a 1,000-account commercial territory across property management, facilities, HOAs, retail, office, and hospitality
Prospect decision-makers, conduct site walks, lead discovery meetings, and prepare proposals
Estimate and sell commercial painting, lighting, and concrete coating projects
Complete job pre-start documents (COI, W-9) and ensure project compliance
Keep CRM records updated for contacts, opportunities, and forecasts
Build strong client relationships to drive repeat business and maintenance contracts
Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless handoffs and satisfied clients
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years in commercial sales or estimating (painting, coatings, lighting, or GC trades)
Proven $600K–$1M+ annual bookings with 25%+ win rates
Established Kansas City network with property or facility managers, HOA boards, etc
Strong discovery, proposal, and scope-writing abilities
CRM proficiency (DripJobs or similar) + Google Workspace
Valid driver's license and clean record
Professional communication and presentation
