Edge Staffing is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Drafter to support ongoing engineering design work in a hands-on, onsite environment. This contract role will focus heavily on cabling and harness documentation, along with responsibilities related to schematic capture and PCB layout.

Responsibilities

Create, update, and maintain electrical schematics
Develop and revise cabling and harness diagrams (primary focus)
Support schematic capture and PCB layout activities
Prepare and maintain accurate engineering documentation and revisions
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure design accuracy and consistency

Qualification

Electrical Engineering DraftingCablingHarness ToolsSchematic Capture ToolsPCB Layout ToolsAttention to Detail

Required

Prior experience as an Electrical Engineering Drafter or similar role
Strong experience with cabling and harness diagram tools (Zuken or similar required)
Experience with schematic capture and PCB layout tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to work onsite in a fast-paced engineering environment

Preferred

Familiarity with Altium
