Responsibilities

Daily management of the Schools specialty masters recruitment initiatives
Serves as the primary point of contact and admissions liaison for the specialized masters program directors
Collaborating closely with them on strategic planning and providing expert guidance from an admissions perspective
Provides oversight to an Assistant Director of Graduate Admissions and a Senior Program Coordinator
Monitoring application and yield volume and trends
Assessing operational processes to ensure efficiency
Proactively identifying bottlenecks or areas for improvement
Develop and implement solutions, including dashboards and reports
Develops and implements efficient communication strategies and processes to support recruitment and conversion

Required

B.S./B.A
Master's Degree preferred
exceptional written and oral communication skills
ability to develop and manage relationships across various stakeholders
demonstrated ability to analyze data in order to meet targets
strong interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to work effectively with a diverse client base
strong analytical and computer skills, including MS Office
excellent leadership skills
four to six years of experience in graduate admissions
Frequent travel and night and weekend work required
