Responsibilities
Present an overall professional and positive image of our retail team
Desking deals
Source and purchase vehicles for retail sale
Maintain a clean, reconditioned age-free inventory
Stage and shoot photos and videos of vehicles on the lot
Organize the lot and staging the showroom floor
Partner with General Manager and General Sales Manager to establish annual and monthly objectives
Assist with the preparation of annual dealership forecasts by projecting unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profits for the Used Vehicle Sales departments
Responsible for the training, coaching and accountability of sales staff
Qualification
Required
Industry experience with management responsibility and proven leadership abilities
Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
Drive to set and achieve targeted goals
Excellent communication, prospecting, interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle a multiple number of tasks simultaneously in professional manner
Experience and desire to work with technology
Current valid driver's license with driving record that meets insurance company standards
