Responsibilities
Execute internal audits across financial, operational, and compliance areas
Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls
Assess compliance with company policies, procedures, COSO, and SOX requirements
Prepare clear, well-organized audit documentation and workpapers
Communicate audit findings, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders
Track audit issues and ensure timely remediation and follow-up
Support continuous improvement of audit processes and tools
Share best practices and provide guidance to other audit team members
Stay current on audit standards, regulatory requirements, and SAP developments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of audit experience (public accounting and/or global public company)
Strong understanding of COSO and Sarbanes-Oxley
Ability to manage shifting priorities and deadlines
Willingness to travel up to 20%
Preferred
Manufacturing industry experience
Experience working in SAP S/4HANA environments
