Internship: Medical Communications

As an intern in the Medical Affairs team, you will gain hands-on experience in Medical Communications projects, contributing to publications and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Contribute to the planning and development of scientific abstracts and posters
Collaborate with Medical Directors and Medical Science Liaisons to develop educational slide decks approved for external use
Participate in cross-functional congress planning meetings and support the execution of congress deliverables
Develop standard and custom response letters to address medical information queries
Support medical operations in tracking project timelines, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with internal processes
With guidance, lead the development of a medical communications project (for example, a scientific poster or an educational slide deck)
Qualification
Required
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, build new connections, and contribute to diverse projects
Enthusiasm for contributing to Kailera's mission and alignment with our core values: courageous, collaborative, compassionate, and committed
Bachelor's degree candidates who have completed 2+ years of coursework; candidates who have completed scientific coursework are encouraged to apply
