Responsibilities

Participating in customer base knowledge analysis
Identifying training objectives and needs
Developing training program concepts and requirements
Preparing supplier standards and work instructions
Revising and commenting on training deliverables from suppliers
Ensuring the relevance of technical information in training materials
Writing and updating lesson plans, manuals, and training aids
Creating examinations aligned with course objectives
Coordinating logistics and material availability for training execution

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably electronics or embedded systems) or a Technician Degree with equivalent experience
Prior technical writing and training experience (mandatory)
Familiarity with one or more signaling subsystems in rail or related industries (e.g., aerospace, automotive) such as IXL, ATC, DCS, etc
Experience or understanding of Installation, Test & Commissioning or Validation & Verification activities for signaling projects
Knowledge of railway installation processes and interface with Design, Installation stakeholders
Strong communication skills in English (read, written, spoken)
Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders and work collaboratively
Flexibility and availability for short or long missions in different locations and countries
Analytical thinking to solve complex system failures and prioritize customer satisfaction
