Responsibilities
Lead the review and management of international, federal, state, and local tax compliance for private equity funds and affiliated entities
Direct the preparation and delivery of partnership tax returns, Schedule K-1s, and other investor reporting requirements
Serve as the primary liaison with external tax advisors and auditors to ensure filings are accurate and completed on schedule
Stay current on evolving tax regulations and evaluate potential impacts on fund structures and ongoing operations
Provide tax support for transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, and internal restructurings
Enhance and maintain internal tax compliance procedures and control frameworks
Contribute to tax planning initiatives aimed at improving efficiency for both funds and investors
Qualification
Required
5 years in Tax, Private Equity or a related field
Foundation in Public Accounting
Preferred
BS in Accounting/CPA preferred
