Consulting
Responsibilities
Design Roadway, Drainage, Underground Utility, and Infrastructure improvements using Civil 3D
Conduct drainage, traffic, and various engineering studies
Complete general civil engineering services for municipal, county and state clients
Complete engineering plans and specifications using DOT Standards
Assist senior staff with client management, project pursuits, and business development
Assist project engineers and managers by making significant decisions on a wide variety of tasks required during project delivery
Qualification
Required
B.S. degree in Civil Engineering
At least 2 years of relevant job experience working on municipal or highway agency transportation projects
Work within a team-first culture that encourages individual development and accomplishment of goals
Ability to travel throughout Baxter & Woodman's service area (own transportation)
Ability to independently handle a variety of ongoing tasks and responsibilities
Strong written, verbal, computer and organizational skills
Preferred
E.I.T (Engineer in Training) certification strongly preferred, but not required
P.E. (Professional Engineer) license is a plus, but not required
