Responsibilities
Lead workflow strategy and operational design at scale, owning operating models, delivery frameworks, and standards that improve how work flows from intake through completion across teams and disciplines
Oversee an assigned Project & Program Management group, maintaining accountability for delivery excellence, portfolio health, risk management, and team sustainability
Drive adoption and continuous improvement of workflows, partnering with discipline, client, and operations leaders to refine processes, tools, and ways of working as the organization scales
Provide senior oversight of estimation, scope, and financial management, ensuring forecasting accuracy, budget integrity, and delivery plans align with workflow realities and business goals
Serve as a senior escalation and change leader, diagnosing systemic issues, guiding mitigation strategies, and leading operational change in response to complexity, growth, or client needs
Guide staffing, capacity planning, and resource strategy, partnering with Resource Management, Recruiting, and Finance to align skills, roles, and investments with demand
Develop and enable PM leadership and teams, mentoring managers, leading training initiatives, and ensuring performance and growth plans support scalable operations
Champion a culture of accountability, collaboration, and learning, strengthening morale while driving adoption of new workflows and operational practices
Support agency leadership and new business, ensuring proposed workflows, staffing models, scopes, and budgets are realistic, scalable, and aligned to strategy
Qualification
Required
Senior operational leadership experience in Project & Program Management
Experience overseeing large-scale workflow transformation initiatives
Ability to lead workflow strategy and operational design at scale
Experience maintaining accountability for delivery excellence and portfolio health
Strong risk management skills
Experience in financial management, including forecasting accuracy and budget integrity
Ability to diagnose systemic issues and guide mitigation strategies
Experience in staffing, capacity planning, and resource strategy
Ability to mentor PM leadership and teams
Experience in championing a culture of accountability, collaboration, and learning
Ability to support agency leadership and new business initiatives
