They are seeking an experienced Integration Program Leader to lead the post-close integration of Purchasing Power following its acquisition by PROG Holdings, ensuring compliance and execution across various functions.

Responsibilities

Own the integrated master plan, milestones, and sequencing across all in-scope workstreams: Identity, Access & Collaboration Foundations, Workday HCM Migration, Workday ERP (Finance) Migration, Controls, SOX & Reporting Alignment

Establish and run integration governance, including: Weekly cross-functional integration syncs focused on decisions, risks, and dependencies, Bi-weekly leadership escalation and decision forums

Maintain authoritative RAID logs, decision registers, and executive-ready readouts

Proactively identify cross-workstream conflicts, resourcing constraints, and timing risks; drive resolution or escalation

Enforce integration principles, scope boundaries, and decision rights as defined in the Integration Constitution

Partner closely with HR, Finance, Technology, Security, and PPC leadership while maintaining enterprise accountability

Escalate risks that threaten SOX readiness, reporting integrity, or hard deadlines with clear options and recommendations

Accountable for execution planning, sequencing, and issue resolution within approved scope

Escalates material timeline, scope, cost, or risk tradeoffs to executive leadership

Ensures deviations from strategy, scope, or platforms are explicitly documented and approved

Required

10+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional enterprise programs or integrations

Prior experience in M&A integration, preferably in public-company or SOX-regulated environments

Strong working knowledge of finance operations, close processes, and control environments

Experience with ERP and HCM transformations (Workday strongly preferred)

Proven ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with senior stakeholders

Exceptional ability to translate strategy into execution, with disciplined follow-through

Executive-level communication skills; able to produce concise, decision-oriented materials

Decisive, structured, and outcomes-driven

Comfortable challenging weak plans or incomplete thinking

Bias toward risk identification and early mitigation

Respected partner who can align strong functional leaders without direct authority
