Confidential company is seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the organization’s day-to-day operations and drive execution across the business. The COO will be responsible for establishing operational policies, optimizing operations, and supporting sustainable growth through effective leadership and strategic planning.

Responsibilities

Oversee company-wide operations and ensure alignment across sales, marketing, technology, and customer success teams

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and P&L management to optimize costs and drive revenue growth

Design and implement scalable operational strategies to improve efficiency and support expansion

Drive technology integration, automation, and data-driven decision-making across the organization

Partner with technology and product leadership to support product execution and innovation

Strengthen customer success, service delivery, and retention to support market growth

Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration

Partner with the CEO and executive leadership to define corporate strategy, vision, and growth objectives

Develop, implement, and enforce company policies and operational standards

Required

10+ years of executive leadership experience in automotive technology or other high-growth, technology-driven industries

Proven experience scaling operations, managing business expansion, and overseeing financial performance

Strong understanding of technology deployment, process automation, and operational optimization

Advanced analytical and reporting skills, including KPI development and performance measurement

Hands-on experience in strategic planning, operational management, and executive reporting

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with a strategic yet hands-on management style

Experience building operational processes and procedures from the ground up

Ability to translate complex data into clear, relevant, and actionable insights
