Responsibilities

Collaborating closely with clients, leadership, and a team of professionals within the ServiceNow Development team

Utilize your knowledge & work projects broadly across the board but in particular with advancements in ITOM(Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management) & ITAM(SAM & HAM)

Gather requirements, create the roadmap & design ServiceNow solutions for external customers & stakeholders

Work on implementations from start to finish, as well as integrations & modernizing the existing platform

Lead the development team, working to ServiceNow best practices for out-of-the-box solutions, as well as with custom solutions/apps as needed for specific requirements
