Sr. Technical Recruiter

They are seeking a Sr. Technical Recruiter to partner with hiring managers and develop sourcing strategies to fill technical roles, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities
Meet with hiring managers to complete intake meetings to ensure an understanding of job duties, job responsibilities, and required/desired skills to ensure timely hiring and robust sourcing strategies
Partner with sourcing team members to develop additional candidates via new sourcing strategies for hard to fill roles
Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements. Pre-screen candidates using behavioral interviewing techniques
Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position
Extend offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the hiring managers
Remain updated on trends and recruiting techniques to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of equivalent experience
Demonstrated knowledge in all full life-cycle recruiting components including sourcing, qualifying candidates, networking, assessing candidates, legal/compliance, job analysis, relationship management, and candidate due diligence
Experience recruiting in a DOD/Government environment
Proficiency utilizing an ATS and CRM system to maintain documentation and recruiting activities
Proven ability to learn and adapt new recruiting ideas, processes, techniques, etc
Manage competing demands, accept constructive feedback, and be adaptable/flexible
Excellent project management, writing, and oral communication skills
