Responsibilities

The duties involved in this position are data entry driven
The successful candidate will perform a variety of tasks including: opening new cases, filing documents, answering phones, assisting attorneys and members of the public in person, researching and responding to written correspondence

Courtroom experienceLegal proceduresData entry skillsPersonal computer proficiencyCommunication skills

Required

High School (or GED)
minimum of two (2) years or more of experience in courtroom setting or law office
ability to perform various duties with accuracy and speed under the pressure of time-sensitive deadlines
ability to follow oral and written policies, procedures, and instructions
ability to operate or quickly learn to operate a personal computer using standard or customized software applications

Associates in any Degree
