Responsibilities
Shape the product vision, strategy, and roadmap through insights from data, feedback, and business priorities
Clearly communicate priorities, tradeoffs, and progress to stakeholders and executives across the organization
Partner closely with engineering, design, support, operations, and legal to deliver high-quality experiences
Scope, plan, and ship impactful features that balance short-term goals with the long-term product vision
Lead user research, interviews, and usability testing to ensure user needs remain central to every decision
Run agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retros, ensuring strong alignment with engineering and design
Analyze product metrics, feedback, and market signals to assess impact, refine strategies, and guide continuous improvement
Design and execute experiments that test new ideas, validate hypotheses, and uncover opportunities for growth
Qualification
Required
5+ years of product management experience, ideally in a marketplace or B2C environment serving multiple user types
Strong understanding of supply and demand dynamics and the operational complexities of multi-sided platforms
Demonstrated ability to align diverse stakeholders around a shared vision and make thoughtful tradeoffs
Fluency with data and comfortable translating quantitative and qualitative insights into actionable decisions
Track record of shipping high-quality products from concept through delivery and iteration
Skilled in scoping and evaluating product experiments to validate direction and accelerate learning
Deep care for user experience, balanced with a commitment to ethical, data-informed decision-making
Strong communication and teamwork skills that foster alignment and trust across disciplines
