Technical Delivery Manager

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple project and support teams, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery
Serve as the primary delivery contact for the client, managing expectations and ensuring alignment with business goals
Coordinate effectively between onshore and offshore teams, providing direction, removing roadblocks, and ensuring smooth collaboration
Oversee project planning, resource management, and execution across onsite and offshore teams
Provide technical and operational guidance to teams working on a range of modern and legacy systems
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to define priorities, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
Foster a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous improvement across all delivery streams
Drive communication and coordination between cross-functional teams and leadership

Required

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
15+ years of overall IT experience, including delivery and people management
Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery across multiple technology areas
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (preferably Google Cloud Platform) and enterprise Java applications
Familiarity with front-end and AI-driven systems is an advantage
Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills
Experience working with global delivery models (onshore–offshore)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset

Preferred

Prior experience in managing delivery for large-scale enterprise clients
Exposure to modern development frameworks and support models
PMP, ITIL, or Agile certification preferred
