Sr. Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Social
JB Search Partners is a fast-growing wellness brand in the U.S. seeking a Growth Marketing Manager / Senior Manager to oversee the paid social strategy from execution to analytics. The role involves building a high-performing paid social program and collaborating closely with the Director of Acquisition to drive growth and optimize customer acquisition costs.
Responsibilities
Own end-to-end paid social across Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels — including strategy development, campaign builds, optimization, troubleshooting, spend management, and performance accountability
Architect and manage full-funnel paid social structures (prospecting → mid-funnel → retargeting) that deepen intent, increase conversion rate, and meaningfully lower CAC
Analyze large, complex data sets across platforms, funnels, and creative variations to identify trends, diagnose performance shifts, and quickly translate insights into action
Lead a high-velocity testing roadmap across creative, audiences, offers, landing pages, and funnel stages, with clear hypotheses, learnings, and next steps
Partner with Creative to develop data-backed, social-native assets and ensure every concept, hook, and iteration is informed by insights, consumer psychology, and performance trends
Maintain strong tracking, signal quality, and attribution hygiene, and proactively troubleshoot event issues, discrepancies, and performance noise
Stay ahead of platform changes, competitive trends, and emerging formats — and continuously recommend new tactics to accelerate growth and strengthen the paid social engine
Qualification
Required
Hands-on paid social expert with deep direct-response experience on Meta (required) and TikTok (preferred), including full ownership of campaign setup, optimization, and scaling
Strong strategic POV rooted in data, consumer psychology, and platform best practices — you know what great paid social looks like and can architect it end-to-end
Proven ability to improve CAC, scale spend, and drive meaningful revenue in fast-paced DTC environments
Solid understanding of signal quality, tracking, attribution, and how to diagnose and resolve performance shifts
Skilled in audience design, funnel strategy, and creative testing, with experience running structured experiments and synthesizing learnings
Highly analytical — able to interpret large data sets and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations
A hungry, resourceful team player who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, communicates clearly, and takes full ownership of outcomes
