Start in 2026 SummerPrice Industries is a leader in non-residential air distribution products across North America, and they are seeking an intern to gain hands-on experience in purchasing and supply chain processes. The intern will support various purchasing activities and assist in optimizing procurement processes.

Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain purchase orders and related documentation
Track and follow up on the status of orders to ensure timely delivery
Review and verify pricing, product specifications, and terms of agreements
Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
Help maintain and update purchasing databases and records
Participate in the negotiation of contracts or agreements with suppliers
Support the procurement team in preparing reports and analyzing spending trends
Assist with resolving order discrepancies or issues with suppliers
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field
Strong interest in procurement, purchasing, and supply chain operations
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Preferred
Prior experience in a purchasing or supply chain role is a plus but not required
