Responsibilities
Case support and coverage, troubleshooting, customer service and follow-up
Work with the Regional Sales Manager and team members to develop and implement a regional plan aimed at increasing market shares and improving the quality of service to customers
Develop relationships with hospital personnel to expand contacts, identify key decision makers and facilitate future sales
Meet with existing and potential customers to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care, and to demonstrate how the company’s products can help them achieve their goals
Be willing to travel 75% of the time
Educate existing and potential customers on the merits and proper clinical use of company’s products by giving presentations and demonstrations, using slides, flow models, and brochures
Keep customers abreast of the latest products, technology developments, and current items of interest in the industry
Assist in professional education activities sponsored by Q’Apel Medical, including Peer meetings, hospital stroke symposia, and others
Assist in training new employees
Participate in the development of Continue Education Programs
Serve as the primary resource for clinical support in the areas of procedural case coverage
Report and track all product incidents at centers, following company procedures and seeking input from appropriate personnel to resolve problems
Respond to customer needs and complaints by creating creative solutions, working in collaboration with senior management, sales, and marketing
Maintain open communication lines with current and prospective customers on programs, promotions, and pricing trends
Develop a relationship with physicians, staff, lab supervisors, and purchasing personnel
Qualification
Required
Associate Degree in Radiology Technology
Registered and Certified Radiology Technologist
3 years' experience as a Neuroradiology IR Tech or in a medical device company, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong clinical, technical, and organizational skills; ability to function in a busy, demanding, and competitive environment
Preferred
Sales or marketing background desired
