Responsibilities

Establish and nurture strong relationships with assigned clients, acting as their primary point of contact to understand their business needs and goals
Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets, including identifying potential growth areas and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
Collaborate with internal teams to negotiate contracts and ensure mutually beneficial terms for both the company and client
Address client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and proactively manage expectations to maintain high customer satisfaction levels
Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, present proposals, and close deals to drive revenue growth
Regularly track key account metrics (revenue, service renewals, customer satisfaction) to identify areas for improvement and report progress to management
Work closely with sales, marketing, product development, and other internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience and deliver on commitments
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics to identify potential opportunities for client value creation
