Administrative Assistant - Temporary
Niagara Bottling is seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant responsible for maintaining all licenses and permits necessary for daily operations. The role involves documentation, interaction with state agencies, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities
Work with the cross functional team to gather documentation necessary to complete permit applications. Arranges and/or participates in meetings to address missing documents
Independently monitors and ensures that all permits are renewed on time and we remain in compliance
Review labels for compliance with the applicable state prior to permit submission
Maintains working relationships with state agencies for permit fillings
Maintains electronic files of all permits, audit reports and certificates
Manages the Compliance Team intranet page by designing and updating the content, as well as collaborating with IT when changes need to be made
Handles the accounting functions for the Compliance Department including but not limited to new vendor set ups and check requests
Creates export documentation for customers and sales team members
Coordinates with the plant engineers to schedule inspections for all facilities to ensure compliance with state and local regulations
Support Compliance Department initiatives by testing new systems, completing research and other tasks as needed
Develop and maintain positive rapport and working relationship within and across departments
Qualification
Required
1 Year – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
1 Year – Experience in Position
0 Years – Experience managing people/projects
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-pace environment
Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office and related applications including SharePoint
Detail Oriented
Strong organizational skills
Excellent time management and ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines
Problem solving abilities
Proactive thinking
Minimum Required: HS Diploma or equivalent work experience
Preferred
2 Years – Experience in Field or similar manufacturing environment
2 Years – Experience working in Position
2 Years – Experience managing people/projects
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience
